After what took like forever in the hands of the lawyers we managed to get our hands on 101.5 acres in West Postdam. The propertyhas a small 16x16 cabin and sits on the corner of the Emerson Rd and County Route 34. It was agricultural land 30-40 years ago, but has grown up and been used as hunting land for at least the last 10 years. It is about half woods and half fields with the beaver having flooded most of the field portion. It will take a lot of work, but I think we can put it back into production
